Within 20 journal spreads, journalling through a nature theme, with clear, simple to understand self paced lessons this class is just waiting for you to join in the fun.
Come along and meet my nature guardian girls and my curious creatures, along with a whole heap of other nature loving pages.
Some days I spend a long time painting in my journal and other days just 10 to 15 minutes. In this class you will find all kinds of pages to suit your own varying time limits.
Lesson 1: The Basics
The basics of creating some of my girls faces and a quick and easy journal cover.
Lesson 2: Roots and seeds

As well as the videos themselves teacher support is included with the class along with access to a private facebook group. Teacher support/advice/critiques etc is always available throughout the duration of your time in the class. You can contact me in a variety of ways depending on your preference, either directly in the typepad class comments section, via the private class facebook group, facebook private message or via email if preferred. I aim to answer all messages within 48hrs.
General Supply List:
There are more detailed supply lists to go along with each journal page video I have created within the class but here is a list of general supplies:
Acrylic paints in colours of your choice. any brand of paint will do americana, crafters, golden, gallaria, liquitex etc
The 3 not to be missed colours I use for the unifying layers In the faces of my girl's in this class are in; Decoart Americana - flesh tone, Decoart crafters acrylic - light antique white and Decoart crafters acrylic - white
Journal ( I am using a derwent journal with thick card like pages which is good for all kinds of wet media)
A variety of watercolour crayons/pencils (I'm using caran d'ache)
Pencil (I use the good old HB)
A selection of Prismacolour pencil crayons including black
White posca pens in different sizes
Paintbrushes (I use short handled flat brushes and small rounds; you can use whatever you feel comfortable with) and some cheap craft foam brushes.
Charcoal pencil (I use Derwent tinted charcoal in medium)
Stylus (or other 'scratchy tool')
When you enter the classroom, all of the lessons will be available for instant access, so you can go through them at your own pace.
You will have access to the class for at least a year after you sign up and you can view the videos as many times as you wish during that time as well as downloading them to your own computer to keep.
